Conditional formatting: higher rules vs lower rules

Hi, I have created a helper column with checkbox to aid in only applying the conditional formatting I need to specific rows. I was able to get rules 1, 2 and 3 to work but not the last rule, screenshot below. My question is how do I need to arrange these rules so I can get the negative amount at the far bottom right to turn red. I have been at this for hours, searching for answers online and no luck. Any suggestions are GREATLY appreciated!!

  • Hi Andree, Thank you for the quick response. The condition that you highlight in your reply is working, the text in that column is black, as noted by the red arrow. The condition that is not working is when a value is less than zero, noted by blue arrow, the text should turn red. Any thoughts for fixing that? Thank you!!
