Links connecting one sheet to another are not working - how can I resolve this?

Links between sheets are not working. I've seen status updates on this from people in the past, but am not sure if this is an ongoing issue or if it has been resolved. If I need to submit a ticket to SmartSheet, please advise or advise how I might be able to fix this myself.

Hi there,

It is an issue of cell links between sheets. Everything seems to be linked properly but the destination sheet is not updating when we update the source sheet.

Is it a very busy sheet with many formulas?

The Source Sheet has many formulas, but the Destination Sheet does not - just links.
