Dashboard - Why Data Labels are not on the first data point

Anyone know why or how to fix this? The data points don't show up on the first data point. I've tried selecting every chart option there is and it doesn't change. Even the stacked bar option does the same thing.

Try unchecking the option to use the first column as series labels.
