How do you make 2 different people owners of a workspace?

My manager wants us both to be owners of all our workspaces but I didn't think that was possible. She says it is possible. Can someone walk me through the steps?

I don't think that's possible. When I go to assign another owner I actually give away ownership by Making someone else the owner. But you could make her the owner and yourself the admin. It's primarily the same thing? You'll all have the same access.
