Embedded Power BI in Dashboard

The log in button is not working when I am using Google Chrome in Incognito Mode. Is this a SmartSheet Issue or Power BI Issue?

I can log in to Power BI service with no issue regardless of the browser and mode.

    Hi @heyjay

    There are a couple of things I would test, if it's only happening on Chrome.

    First, can you confirm that you allow pop-ups from Chrome?

    Settings > Privacy & Security > Site Settings > Pop-Ups and Redirects


    If these settings allow for pop-ups and redirects, then I would check your Browser Extensions to see if they're interfering with the dashboard functionality. (See: Step 2: Troubleshoot issues caused by browser extensions)

    Hello! I have embedded PBI in other apps and works fine in incognito mode.

    Pops up are not blocked.

    Clicking on the button doesn't do anything.

    Out of incognito mode, clicking the log in button automatically opens the report or lets me log in when I am not log in yet to my MS Account.

    It's good to know what works and what doesn't.

    Since it's specific to Chrome and to Incognito mode, I would still check Browser Extensions on Chrome in case one of these is what's causing an interference with how Power BI should work.

    All Extensions have been disabled and added SmartSheet to whitelist but still I am not able to log in in incognito mode.

    In this instance, I would recommend reaching out to Smartsheet Support with a full screen recording (including how you embedded the content and the URL you are using), detailing all the troubleshooting steps you have listed above. I am unsure if this is due to a Power BI limitation or the Web Content Widget, but Support will be able to troubleshoot this with you further in a private channel.
