Having trouble with Yearly calculation Formula

Hi,

I have tried for 2 days to figure out a formula on the attached sheet that will tell me how many rows have a date between January 1 and December 31 of 2022 in the "Estimated Metro E Install Date" field.

=SUMIF(YEAR([Estimated Metro E Install Date]@row) = 2022, YEAR([Estimated Metro E Install})
