IF & AND on two dates

Hi folks,

I am looking to write a formula in a flag column based on the following logic.

IF 'Date1' is less than today, AND 'Date2' is blank, return a TRUE value

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated

=IF(AND([Day1]@row < TODAY(), [Day2]@row = ""), 1, 0)

Set the Column to a flag symbol, then edit the column and enter the formula above.
