Dashboard Chart Errors for Other Users

Hi,

I have created a dashboard with bar chart widgets - these charts are showing all relevant data for me, but when my colleagues (under their own smartsheet log-ins) open the dashboard, the charts are showing a 'data range cannot be shown' error. How do I make it so that the data can be seen by others with access to this dashboard?

If you are using a report to create the bar charts, double check the widget's viewer settings (last group in the bottom of the widget settings) and make sure it is set to be the editor's view. You may also end up needing to share them as viewer to the underlying data.
