Conditional Formatting

Greetings all,

I am hoping to beat a "rules" hierarchy issue. column 1 has a value / Column 2 has a value / Column 3 has a formula. I am using a form to populate the data

In the event a row doesn't have a value in column 1 or 2 Column 3 returns #INVALID VALUE.

anyone know how to blank it out? I have tried a ton of formulas to change the text to white if the cell = #INVALID VALUE. Looks like the formula is overriding the formatting. I have made it work on other ranges just not column 3

    Hi

You can probably wrap it in an IFERROR function.

See IFERROR Function | Smartsheet Learning Center

However, if you want to send the formula in Col. 3, I or anyone else can take a look, it could be easier than wrapping it in the IFERROR.

    I hope that helps.

    Thank you,

    Kevin

Happy to help if I can.
