Is there a way to conditionally format different colours to a calendar based on the cells in the corresponding grid? i.e. Department?

Hi Andree

Unfortunately that is not what i'm after. I know you can manually change the colour of a task bar, however I want the conditional format from the grid ( colour) to be the same colour on the calendar or gannt (not light blue). Manually changing the bars would defeat the point.
