How do I export gantt with baselines to pdf or jpeg?

Hi, I need to include gantt chart with baselines in my dashboard. I'm doing it by printing exporting my gantt chart as a pdf. When I do that, even though my view has the baselines, the pdf doesn't have baselines - which is useless since then I can't show how the project is not right on schedule.

As long as you have Baselines enabled in your Gantt view, this should then show up in your PDF version as well:

If you have your Baseline settings to show in Gantt, but the PDF view isn't showing the correct data, would you be able to post a screen capture of your settings (like mine, above), as well as the PDF print settings, and what you see in the final view? But please block out sensitive data.

Thanks for replying. My baselines are enabled and I can see them on my sceen but they are not printed on either pdf or jpeg.

Any ideas what could be the issue? I have saved the changes and it still happens.

Thank you for clarifying! Yes, it does look like your Baselines should be able to be exported with these settings. What you've described is unexpected behaviour.

I would recommend testing this to see if it's specific to your account (can any of your shared users create the PDF?), or specific to this sheet (create a copy with Save as New). Then please contact Smartsheet Support with what you've found out, along with the sheet URL and full screen captures.

Thanks for the feedback. I will test it out. I think it's not just this sheet but not sure if others in my organization would have the same issue. No one else really uses smartsheet like I do at my company.

I'm having the same issue. The Baseline is on but isn't showing up when I export or print. Is there a fix for this?

Can you try toggling "Show baseline in Gantt" off and then back on again to see if this resolves the issue?

@Genevieve P. I tried it a few times and it still isn't showing up. I tried exporting to PDF and also printing and neither worked.

The only known bug regarding baselines not showing up in an export or Print is resolved by toggling the feature off and on again in the sheet:

If you're still unable to get baselines to show since your message, please contact Support with a screen recording of your issue, providing them with the Sheet URL and the exported PDF so they can troubleshoot this with you in a private channel where you can share more details.

Unchecking and then Re-checking the baseline check box solved the problem for me. Thanks.

So, looks like uncheck and recheck of the feature no longer works. I have a sheet that this does not function on. Have created other test sheets and this save to PDF function appears to be broken for the baseline bars.

It also does not work for the normal print option or the export to Image (png). This is an issue.
