Do dashboard viewers need to have an account to view the dashboard?
Reason: Clients are being asked to create an account and log into Smartsheets to view the dashboard.
I don’t recall having this issue in the past. Is there a dashboard security setting that I’m missing?
FYI: for dashboard in the past, I created a client facing dashboard and a user group with a list client email address. No access reported issue or need to create an account reported in the past.

They don't need to have an account if it's published. Ensure that the Publish setting is as below.

@Andrée Starå I have the same issue. I did check the settings and it matches your screenshot above, but they are still getting the option to log in.
