Why does my Modified column update all records?

Hi, I have a report that pulls the 'Completed' status entries from a master sheet. Occasionally I'll log in to check what the team has done but fine that all entries are updated at the same time. How & why is this happening and am I able to pair the status change of 'Completed' to permanently fix the Modified time?

Probably a good thing to mention that these entries may have been 'Completed' several days / hours apart too.

Yes, on the Master sheet I have a formula for:

=NETDAYS(TODAY(), [Due Date:]@row) - 1

On that sheet I have 3 columns of;

1. Date Raised
2. Due Date
3. Days until Due Date (where the formula sits)

Is there a better way to set this up?

No, but you could use a Workflow combined with the Record a date Action to register the date when the Status changes to Completed.
