Printing proof approval and comments

How do I print up the comments and approval of a proof?

I've never tried to do that but we use the Proofing features quite often. It looks like SmartSheet has disabled the print option from your browser as well. Bummer, it just brings up a blank print page for me, well basically blank. I think you're going to need to use something like Snipping Tool (windows) to grab an image of the proofing window and print it from there. Unless someone else has any ideas...

Yes, I was thinking of the snipping tool also. The only challenge with that is if there is a lot of chatter.

Yes, that's a drawback. You'll want to create an Enhancement Request and possibly one day they'll add a feature for us to do that.
