When a task Level 1 is checked "done", I want all sub levels to check done. How?

That worked. However, after I asked the question, I decided to do the process in reverse. When all Children are checked, check Parent. Tried to incorporate this formula as well so it would work both ways, but got a circular/blocked area. So just stuck with what I had. Will use this on some other sheets I'm sure. Thanks!
