Report planned work on a weekly basis

Hello Alex—
You'd need to create a formula that calculates this for you. Details on the functions available in Smartsheet can be found in our Help Center: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/775363-using-formulas

Thanks Shaine! I tried but still can't find the way. Maybe an easier question is how to identify automatically all delayed tasks (according to planned work)?

Hi Alex,
This isn't something that Smartsheet does automatically, that is, you'll need to configure this in your sheet with a formula of some kind. There are a few ways to track task delays, one of them is by mimicking baseline functionality: https://www.smartsheet.com/blog/quick-guide-mimicking-baseline-functionality-smartsheet
You can set up notifications that will email you once the baseline date difference is at a certain number. More on notifications here: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/542904-using-notifications
You can also consider creating conditional formatting rules that will highlight cells/rows based on the date difference: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/516359-conditional-formatting
These features will help queue you in on tasks that've slipped.
