Possible to remove "EXT" from email subject for automated emails?

Title. When I receive automated emails, the subject contains "EXT". Possible to get rid?

    Hi,

    I think that's being added by your receiving email server/provider?

    I've just done a couple of tests and for one of my email accounts I get EXTERNAL added and for another I get nothing added at all. So as far as I can tell this is not being done by Smartsheet but by your email provider.

    It's usually added as a security measure to help you identify emails that have come from an external sender and help reduce the risk of clicking links on phishing emails.

  • I've had something similar and turned out to be a setting in my company's email that was alerting that it came from external. Not sure if that's what yours is but might be worth asking.
