The Sheet Summary is missing. Among other things.

The top image looks to be taken from a Report type of Smartsheet item. Reports do not have a Sheet Summary feature, or the Update Request log, or some other features available in a Sheet's feature bar:
Can you check to see if the icon at the top is Orange (for a Report) versus Blue?
I saw this question yesterday and wasn't sure until I opened a report this morning. I remember at one point that certain plan levels did not have access to certain features such as sheet summary and thought that might have been it but couldn't confirm.
I opened a report this morning and noticed the toolbar. Hurried on over to here and see that Genevieve beat me to it.
