IF Statement to check a box

I have two Columns they're:

1.) Level (NUMBER)

2.) Don't Include on Dashboard (CHECK BOX)

I need the check box to be checked if "Level" is is not blank

=IF(Level@row = "", 0, 1)

"" is blank. 1 is check, 0 is unchecked.

So it reads if level is = Blank, then uncheck, if not blank , then check.
