How to remove duplicate rows after copied from source sheet to target sheet?

Hi,

I have 2 sheets (Source and Target), and setup the automatic copy-row when the condition is met (i.e, Critical Task=Yes). I have a "Copied Row" as a helper row for it to trigger whether or not to copy the row over to the target sheet. Yet I ended up with duplicate rows in the target sheet. How do I set it up so that if it found an ID already exists on the target sheet, it can just override the row with the info. Please advise! Thank you!
