Baseline and multiple columns

Hello everyone

(I hope you can help as I have been searching for an answer all day among the community and other sites but noone seems to have had this problem before.)

I have baselined one of my projects and I get additional columns: Baseline Start 2, Finish 2 and Variance 2 (see screenshoot).

I have tried:

. resetting the baseline (remove and reset) but it still appears twice

. editing the formulas in the Schedule Delta (%) and working days (%) to reflect the '2' but I then get an error message

Does anyone know a solution to this? I am managing an entire portfolio, and I'd like for the Baseline to be correct.

Thanks

Rossella

    Hi @Rossella

I hope you're well and safe!

I'd be happy to take a quick look.

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

    I hope that helps!

Be safe and have a fantastic week!

  • Hi @Rossella

It looks like you may have previously removed Baseline so the original Baseline columns are still in the sheet (but as regular columns).

What you can do is delete out those 3 columns. Then once they've been removed, you can adjust the Column Names of your 2nd Baseline set to remove out the 2. (You can't remove the 2 until the original columns are deleted).

Let me know if that makes sense or if you'd like to see screen captures!

    Cheers,

    Genevieve
