Finding the Source Sheet from an Automation

I have several automations set up to import into one master sheet, One of my rows is old data that needs to be removed, but I can't find where it is coming from. Is there a way to tell what sheet the automation originates from?

You could right-click any of the cells in that row and go to Cell History to see what date/time it was added. Then go to each of the sheets which copy rows to that other sheet and look through it's Activity Log for that date/time and see which one copied a row at that exact day/time.

Neither the Cell History or Activity Log will show which sheet it came from or went to (send in an Enhancement Request because it probably should list that information) but maybe you can find it based on that research work.
