I created a request form in smartsheet which is supposed to be included in our sharepoint.To finalize the sheet i would like to add functions to the smartsheet requests are automatically sent into specific mailbox we have created for that case.Additonally I would look like to add auto responders for the requestors in case of approval or decline of the request

In the top right toolbar is where you can access the Automations. This is where you can set up automatic alerts and approvals.
