I need help with a formula:

I essentially need a formula for:

If COLUMN 9 = "Yes", Insert the value from COLUMN 4 into COLUMN 10"

Can someone help me out with this?

Add this formula in Column 10:
=IF([Column 9]@row = "Yes", [Column 4]@row, "")
