Free users limit
Hi,
super simple question. Is there a limit to how many free accounts we can create in an organization/enterprise?
Thanks

This response is not accurate as far as I am aware. We accidentally went over our "connected users" limit (which apparently includes free users and collaborators at our company who don't even have a login) and it forced us up into the next plan. There was no alert or anything warning us that we were getting close to our limit.

It's accurate, but the criteria for Advance are different, but it's actually still accurate.
The answer you've gotten seems to be incorrect. (look below)
Make sense?

@Andrée Starå thanks for the additional info! We were definitely told that we went over our allotted "connected user" maximum due to too many internal collaborators which we had assumed were "free users" who wouldn't count towards our max. This caused smartsheet to bump us up to the next plan automatically.
I think this is a bit misleading to just tell people there is "no limit on free users" when many of us would assume an internal collaborator with no license is a free user?
It's also concerning that users who no longer have a license and no longer interact with any of your content still count towards the total maximum "connected users". Not understanding how this is considered a fair policy.
If I am not correct and there is no maximum cap on Connected Users, then we just got ripped off.
