Hi everyone, hoping for some help with a particular workflow I have been struggling with. The short story is I'm hoping for a formula that unchecks a field when another cell is not empty.
The longer story is:
We use a checkbox that triggers a request for clarification from our customer.
It sends them a form, with a cell where they can write their response.
After submitting their response, I want the "request for clarification" field to uncheck. The reason being we use a filter that removes these requests pending clarification from view.
