Hello Everyone,
Good day.
I will be creating a KPI set (dashboard) for a company that will summarize its average leadtime from a PROGRAM level , ITEM level and TASK/ITEM Level.
Is there a formula i could use to identify which is an Ancestor, parent or child?

You would put this into a column
=COUNT(ANCESTORS())
0 = Grandparent
1 = Parent
2 = Child
