Can a selection on one form trigger the opening of another form?

I have multiple forms created for different customers who have different workflows. I would like a main form (for internal people) that has a dropdown where you select the customer and it takes you to their form (and corresponding workflow). Basically, it would be a dashboard of different customer forms. Is this possible?

What I would do in this instance is set up Conditional Logic on this form to show a different Header and Description based on what's selected in that dropdown list. Then in that Description you can add the correct form link that your internal employee should be using.
