Adding decimal places to a %

Hi all,

Is there a way to add decimal places to a percentage in Smartsheets? Or is this not an available function? As of now, the percentages are rounding up but I will need to have more specific readings such as a 1.23% etc.

Any input would be greatly appreciated!
