Not everyone is getting notifications?

So I have 3 people listed to receive notifications, but only 2 out of the 3 people are receiving notifications. Does anyone know why?

    Hi @Florida PALM, the only time I've seen this is if someone who was set up to receive notifications has been removed from the sheet's sharing permissions since the notifications were setup.

    This will be driven based on your notifications settings. The default is Restricted which means the notifications go out only to users shared to the sheet. I usually change this to Limited or Unrestricted to make sure even users not shared are getting notified if needed.
