Email Formatting Issues
Hi all, I have setup an alert to notify certain people when a new line in a sheet is created. The problem is, smartsheet sends an email with white text highlighted in yellow. It's impossible to read what's going on with the row in question. Is there a fix for this?

Hi @dylanj
It looks like the formatting on your sheet might have the text set to white, is that correct?
Change-based automations will highlight all the changes that happened in with a yellow background in the email, as you've seen, but it will bring through the formatting you have on the text from the source sheet. I would recommend adjusting the formatting on your sheet to have a different colour for your text (like in your Project Attached column, with black).
An alternative would be to set up a Time Based automation instead, using Conditions to identify what row to send out. This type of workflow will include the colour formatting you have as for the cell as well.
Cheers,
Genevieve
