Count Index Match Cross Sheet Formula

I'm pretty instantly stumped trying to make a count index match cross sheet formula.

I want a count of the Quantity column associated with those primary column part numbers. I have separate sheets for 213, 214, 215.

Here's a view of the 213 sheet:

Ideally it would be good to incorporate the status as well but I'm not sure how I'd do that. It would be nice to have counts of what's confirmed and what's already arrived. Maybe that would just mean separate cross sheet formula sheets for each status.

Does this make any sense? Any insight would be beyond appreciated!

Formulas would be structured like this

=INDEX({213 Qty}, Match([Primary Column]@row, {213 Part Number},0)

Thanks so much!! Was I supposed to reference the entire column for "213" Qty and Part number?
