How to make a fully automated PubQuiz Solution on Smartsheet.

Hi All,
During the Covid period when everybody worked from home we organised in our GRC (Governance / Risks / Compliance) department an online integration event. It was a typical PubQuiz. However the entire solutions was 100% automatic and created on Smartsheet.
Advantages:
- very easy to replicate (other teams used my solutions for their pubquiz)
- results are life (it's always difficult to get entire team online - but we managed to get everyone for 30min).
- using only Dashboard / Formulas (basic) / Forms
