Automate At Risk flag and turn off upon completion

Just as my title says I have the flag turn on when the task due date is within range. The issue is it stays on beyond being marked complete. Truly stumped.

This is the formula to turn the flag on:

=IF([End Date]@row < TODAY(-1), 1)

Try something like this.

=IF(Status@row = "Complete", 0, IF([End Date]@row < TODAY(-1), 1))
