How can I transfer or copy-paste graphs from the Dashboard to a Powerpoint slide?

Unfortunately you cannot directly copy paste or link graphs from Smartsheet dashboard to Powerpoint. What you can do easily, use the snipping tool in Windows, or similar app in Mac to take a snap of the graphs and insert that as images in the Powerpoint.
