Printing Reports

Any updates on when Smartsheets will print reports with the groupings & totals you can see on the screen? Thanks!

I don't have an update for when or if this feature will be implemented, however this feature request has now been posted as an Idea in our new Smartsheet Product Feedback and Ideas topic in the Community.

Please add your vote to this idea and a comment explaining your use-case so the Product team can review your feedback.

Hi @JuliaE,

I created a browser extension and implemented a new PDF generator to solve this problem. You can click here to download the browser extension.

Then click the "SSFeatures" button at the top, and then click "Generate PDF".

Here is an example of what the generated PDF looks like, notice how it has all of the grouped and summary rows:
