Automations not able to be updated
Hi all, Having trouble with the Automations not giving the receiver the access to update the required information.
Once the Automation goes out, if there is a change to the row, will the Auto notification still work?

Hi Andree, our Automated workflow - request an update - goes out to clients without smartsheet and has been working fine for a couple of years. But recently they have not been able to access the update section from the email they receive - no access. I'm wondering if anyone from my end makes an adjustment to the row (that we are waiting on the update) would that stop them from being able to add the new information? I cant think of any other reason for it to stop working.
