I tried with a different browser and incognito window as well that was suggested by the support team. But I am still facing the same issue. Is there any other alternative? I would want to opt for the enterprise plan with add-on features too.
Would be really grateful if you could help in any way.

The Enterprise is a great plan! Have you reached out to the Sales team directly? They'll be able to set this up for you and help you bypass that screen. Here's the form you can fill out: https://www.smartsheet.com/contact/sales

Hello,
I am experiencing a similar issue right now where I cannot open this tab. It just remains blank and doesn't even show the error message. I have tired in different browsers and see the same issue. I am trying to upgrade my license and add one for a coworker. Unfortunately I also can't find a way to reach smartsheet support to help with this.

If not, please contact Smartsheet Support with a screen recording showing the error. You can access the Support Portal from the Get Help page in the Community (here), as long as you're signed in.

Unfortunately I still see the same issue. I just tried the Get Help page you linked but I cannot access the support portal if I'm not on a paid plan. When trying to upgrade to a paid plan I run into the issue described above. Do you have more advice on how to proceed? Thank you.

Thank you for letting us know! Another way to upgrade your plan would be to contact Sales directly so they can help facilitate this: https://www.smartsheet.com/contact/sales
It would also be useful to know what type of computer you're using, your current plan, and the browsers you've tried so we can attempt to replicate the issue. Here are some other steps that may help in the meantime: Troubleshoot issues caused by browser extensions

Thank you. It's a 2022 macbook air and I tried Chrome and Safari. I don't usually run into issues of this sort so I was surprised.
