Is there a tool that would help me take snapshots of progress every 30 days?

I am trying to figure out how to make a progress report that would show the percent completion of our project 30 days before and 60 days before. Is there any tool that would help me take periodic snapshots or be able to pull all the data onto a sheet every 30 days?

Hi @Justin Kwong

You can set up a recurring email that will send your Project Sheet as an attachment to an email address on a scheduled basis.

File > Send as attachment > Schedule

If you wanted to filter down the rows so it only sends the tasks that are in Progress, you could create a Report then set up this same type of email from the Report instead of the sheet.

If I've misunderstood what it is you're looking to do, it would be helpful to see a screen capture of your current sheet, identifying what data you'd like to pull on a monthly basis (but please block out sensitive data).
