Here's what he had to say about how he utilizes his Power of Versatility and Smartsheet to amplify the work he does.

How do you use Smartsheet at work? 

To solve problems, manage projects, automate information gathering and reporting, and to stay organized.

Describe a time when you utilized your power and Smartsheet to succeed at work?

I utilized my power of versatility to manage ongoing work, and at the same time spin up templates for one-off projects. All the while providing reporting to leadership on both buckets of work

Is your power something you intuited or something you learned? 

Learned.

Has there ever been a time when you needed to flex your power to accomplish something? 

Versatility is just another word for flexibility. A scaled process (sheets, reports, dashboard) needs to be flexible enough to bend to the situation, but rigid enough to provide robust reporting to highlight wins and bring attention to areas where support is needed.

What does your power mean to you? 

That I get a wand. I am officially a Smartsheet wizard!
