Hi all..
I'm at a loss here, keep getting #unparseable
=COUNTIF([Assigned To]:[Assigned To], "Karl"),and([Completion date]:[Completion date], <=TODAY())

@Jason P If you have multiple criteria to evaluate, you will need to use the COUNTIFS() formula instead.
=COUNTIFS([assigned to]:[assigned to], "Karl", [completion date]:[completion date], <=TODAY())
