Sort rows function in specific column

Hi,

I am trying to use Sort row function for the Duration column in my sheet but it is not giving me proper results. Please see the Duration column below where I cannot use Sort rows function. Kindly help. Thanks

Smartsheet does not currently recognize time as a numerical value. You would need to use a formula to convert the time into a number and then sort based on the conversion column.

Here is a thread that has a number of time based solutions in it. You should be able to find something in there to help you convert.
