Filter Function

In our business we are using a sheet for employees to stamp their tasks and duration taken to handle the task as below :

Now what i want to do is to auto populate the data on a second sheet, were i can select certain employee with a certain date as below:

on excel, i would've used the Filter function, but i am but i am stuck on what to use with Smartsheets.
