Hi Smartsheet Community!

I believe my power is intuitive and learned. Intuitively, understanding myself and others has empowered me to become the best leader I can be for my team. All while providing solutions to problems within my organization. Understanding that I do not have all the answers leaves room to discover and learn more to become a better leader than I was yesterday.

My Process Power is the Power of Leadership. Within my work, I assess processes, uncover issues or deficiencies, and generate methods for resolution. The Power of Leadership embodies this by collaborating ideas from the finest details to the grandest views and showing how it all works together.

I feel most in my power when I am providing and implementing solutions for the betterment of others and my company.
