Why is my invite to comment on proof blank?

This problem has been more of a recent issue, within the last month and I have never had the issue before. I upload jpgs, gifs, pdfs and it seems to be random on which files. The file sizes are generally small as well.

I've heard a handful of other members describe something similar... our Support team is looking into this but it would be helpful to have more information and see what happening specifically for your account.
