Track approvals missing when multilple stakeholders are required to approve on workflow

Is there a way to track who has approved and who is pending to approve an approval request from a workflow?

Do you have separate columns for each approver? If so, the pending requests would be populated with "Submitted" or whatever value you entered when setting up the automation.

Is there a way to show all contacts that are listed as "Submitted" on each row? Like a "Pending Approval" column? I have an approval column for each approver, but I'm not sure how to combine all pending approvers into one cell.
