Project Phases into helper columns
I have a large project plan set up with 3 project phases: Proposal, Awaiting Decision and Active.
Under these phases, there will be indent rows to show deliverables, tasks etc.
I want to be able to transfer the Project Phase into a helper column so that I can apply a filter to each phase so each Project Owner only sees their section.
I am having trouble when it comes to the formula. I have applied helper columns to define what is an ancestor/parent/child etc but am getting nowhere.
This is what I want to achieve in the 'Project Stage' column. Is this achievable, should there be several levels of indents in the 'Task Name column?
