Can I track the login history of free users

Hi All,

My smartsheet community consists of free and licenced users.

I'm looking for a way to view the login history of all and anyone onto Workspaces, folders and sheets where I'm the owner or admin, including free and licenced users across all levels of usage permission.

Anyone know the way and can show me please?

If you're on a Business or Enterprise plan, each individual Smartsheet item will have an Activity log that the Owner or Admins can access to view all activity within that item (including views from any type of user). You can filter the log by the type of activity, such as Views. Here's the documentation on this: Track the history of changes with Activity Log

Then if you are a System Admin for your organization, you can also download a Sheet Access Report which will export a CSV with all of the items in your company's account and what emails/contacts are shared to each item. See the bottom of this other article: Create a sheet access report
