How can I highlight two different values in two different cells
Hi,
I would like to highlight (bold or colour or both) the value of a cell when it does not match the value of another. Conditional formatting is applied to the whole column; however, in my column I have other values so applying the CF to the whole column will not be what I am looking for.
Also, my cells are vertical and I prefer not adding another row for True or False cell.
Thank you in advance
Nabil

so I would like to have cell B4 in a different format than B2 because the values do not match. Since A4 and A2 are equal, the format should be the same. I would like to highlight the values that mismatch in a certain pair of cells only. I hope that helps, thank you

Happy to help!
Do you want to replicate this in Smartsheet?
If yes, you'd need to add a so-called helper column with a formula that checks if the values are the same or not.
Make sense?
