Does anyone out there have a tried and true construction bid comparison solution they'd be willing to share?

Looking to make automation from Bid Tracking/Comparison/Scope Coverage to Contracting and having trouble going from our current solution which is column based, to a smartsheet format which is row based. screenshot attached of what we're currently utilizing.
